Houston Dynamo have signed defender Antônio Carlos on a free transfer from Fluminense FC. The 32-year-old Brazilian joins the Dynamo with a wealth of experience, having spent four seasons with Orlando City.

Antônio Carlos previously played for Orlando City, scoring four goals in 105 appearances and helping the team win the 2022 US Open Cup title. He was transferred to Fluminense in December 2023 and spent the 2025 season on loan with Sport Club do Recife.
